Admissions: U.S. Citizens and Permanent U.S. Residents


 You may apply to the Graduate School in two ways:
 
a) by submitting the entire application packet by mail

 OR

 
b) by applying online and submitting supporting documents by mail

The packet includes:  
  • Application Form
 
  • Transcript Request Form
 
  • Application Checklist

An application fee of $30 is required to process the application materials. In order for the application to be processed the application form, application fee, and transcripts must be sent to:

Things to Remember  
   
  • A graduate admissions decision cannot be made until the entire application packet has been received to include supporting documents.
  • There are no deadlines for applying to the graduate school however; to receive maximum consideration for financial assistance it is best to apply as soon as possible.
  • Check with your respective departments to ensure that you meet departmental deadlines (if any) and submit all supporting documents (e.g., letters of recommendation, GRE/GMAT Scores, etc.). Send all departmental documents directly to the department.
  • If your respective department has a deadline, it is recommended that you submit your application to the graduate school at least 30 days prior to that date.

You may submit the application form electronically. The $30 application fee may be paid upon completion of the online application or may be paid by mailing a check or money order to the graduate school with your supporting documents.
